Inc. magazine named Arkansas-based company, Team SI, to its annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, for the fourth year. Only one in 11 companies have made the list four times, an achievement that represents continued company growth for Team SI. The company previously appeared on the list in 2015, 2016 and 2019.
“We’ve reached the rare achievement of being listed on the Inc. 5000 for the fourth year because of our employees’ constant drive and our clients’ trust in them,” said CEO Tim Whitley. “The innovation, creativity and results-oriented mindset of our team members is why Team SI continues to expand business.”
The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment — its independent small businesses. Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
To qualify for the 2020 Inc. 5000, a company must have generated revenue of at least $100,000 in 2016 and at least $2 million in 2019. Team SI placed at No. 1,916 on the list and has grown at a rate of 220.68% over the past three years. The firm, along with its sister company Mangan Holcomb Partners, innovates how more than 800+ clients in a variety of industries leverage technology and distribute media and content.
Not only has the competition in the 2020 Inc. 5000 been steep within its markets, but the list as a whole also shows staggering growth compared with prior lists. The 2020 Inc. 5000 achieved an incredible three-year average growth of over 500%, and a median rate of 165%. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $209 billion in 2019, accounting for more than 1 million jobs over the past three years.
