MHP/Team SI has announced that they have hired Emily Gassman as a public relations account executive.
“We are excited to welcome Emily onto our team,” said Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl, president and CEO of MHP/Team SI. “Her dynamic energy and expertise in strategy are a great fit for our company. Her responsible and detailed nature has allowed her to transition seamlessly into client service.”
Gassman provides public relations support, strategic planning and counsel to agency clients in health care and telecommunications under the leadership of Kristen Vandaveer Nicholson, APR, vice president of public relations at MHP/Team SI.
“Emily brings years of strategic expertise and talent, and has already proven herself a valuable asset to our award-winning team and to our clients,” said Nicholson.
A Malvern, Arkansas native, Gassman received a bachelor’s of arts degree in journalism and sociology at the University of Central Arkansas. She is also a member of the Junior League of Arkansas where she serves as the chair of a Holiday House committee.
Gassman formerly worked as the communications director for the Girl Scouts – Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas and, most recently, was the communications director at the Arkansas Foodbank in Little Rock.
