Creative leadership update reflects the agency’s continued investment in strategy-driven creative work
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (July 14, 2026) — mhp.si, a full-service marketing agency with offices in Little Rock and Bentonville, Arkansas, today announced two creative leadership appointments: Lee Perlman has joined the agency as creative director, and Chris Bell-Davis has been promoted to associate creative director. The appointments support the agency’s continued investment in strategy-driven creative, brand storytelling and integrated marketing for regional and national clients.
Perlman brings more than a decade of experience in creative leadership, brand strategy, copywriting and integrated campaign development. Before joining the agency, he held creative leadership roles with TPN and The Integer Group, where he led cross-functional teams and developed campaigns for national brands and major retailers including Walmart, AutoZone, Costco and Amazon.
As creative director, Perlman, who is based out of mhp.si’s Northwest Arkansas office, helps lead the agency’s creative vision, guiding concept development and brand storytelling across the agency’s client portfolio. His experience building integrated campaigns and leading creative teams brings additional perspective and expertise to mhp.si’s collaborative approach to developing strategic, creative work.
“From day one, Lee has brought both exceptional creative talent and a genuine collaborative spirit to our team,” said Chip Culpepper, chief creative officer and partner at mhp.si. “His experience leading integrated campaigns for nationally recognized brands, combined with his thoughtful approach to mentoring teams and solving complex marketing challenges, makes him an invaluable addition to our creative leadership. We’re excited about the perspective he brings and the impact he’ll continue to have on our clients and our agency.”
After recognizing an emerging market need, Chris Bell-Davis joined mhp.si in 2022 to help launch the agency’s Content Studio, a pioneering social-first video department designed to create platform-native content that meets the evolving demands of digital audiences. He was promoted to Content Studio director in 2024. Since joining the agency, he has helped strengthen mhp.si’s approach to social-first content, leading video strategy, campaign development and creator-style storytelling for clients including Rock Dental Brands, Taylor King Law, Arkansas Opioid Recovery Partnership, Tacos 4 Life and Baptist Health.
With more than a decade of experience spanning social media management, influencer marketing for national brands, brand strategy and content development, Bell-Davis brings deep expertise in creating content that is timely, authentic and tailored to each platform. As associate creative director, he will continue leading creative concept development and campaign execution across the agency’s diverse client portfolio.
“Chris has an incredible instinct for the kind of creative storytelling that captures attention and inspires engagement,” said Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl, president and CEO of mhp.si. “He understands how audiences consume content today and has helped our clients connect with people through authentic, platform-first creative that feels both relevant and impactful. His promotion reflects not only his talent as a creative leader, but also the vision he brings to the future of our agency.”
Together, Perlman and Bell-Davis will help support mhp.si’s creative direction as the agency continues developing integrated marketing, communications and content campaigns for clients across industries.
