MHP/Team SI has hired Ashley Capel as its operations director. Capel will work closely with Lannie Byrd, chief operating officer to identify and execute various internal initiatives.
Utilizing her skills in financial analysis, organizational design, training and operations management, Capel is responsible for innovating agency processes, procedures and training.

Formerly owning her own consulting firm, Capel has been in operations management for nearly 20 years. She worked closely with startups and small/medium businesses (SME) through every stage of the business life cycle including ideation through exit strategies, business valuations and transfer of assets.
Capel holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and information technology and a master’s degree in applied psychology, both from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
