MHP/Team SI names four new directors

Mangan Holcomb Partners and its sister company, Team SI, named four new directors, all part of the senior leadership team. Whitney Burgess has been named director of digital strategy, Jessica Duff has been named director of TraDigital strategy, Lauren Farabough has been named director of healthcare strategy and John Morgan has been named director of analytics.

As director of digital strategy, Burgess plans, implements and optimizes digital marketing strategies to ensure clients are able to communicate their key message points and interact with targeted audiences. She is a lead instructor for Social Innovation University, a digital marketing training program for employees and clients. Burgess holds a marketing degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is currently a member of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXXIII.

As director of TraDigital strategy, Duff works to optimize traditional and digital marketing tactics to help clients succeed. Duff also serves as the project manager for the new business development strategy team at MHP and Team SI. Duff holds degrees from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in communication, journalism and sports management. 

As director of healthcare strategy, Farabough leads marketing strategy for clients such as Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, Jefferson Regional Medical Center, McFarland Eye Care and Arkansas Urology. Farabrough holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an undergraduate degree in mass communication and English from Ouachita Baptist University. Farabrough is also a lead instructor for Social Innovation University. 

As director of analytics, Morgan optimizes digital revenue streams through data-backed knowledge and expertise to ensure clients are reaching their goals and objectives. Morgan has achieved MVP-level certification from Conductor Searchlight and holds an undergraduate degree in mass communication from Ouachita Baptist University.
