MHP/Team SI Promotes Lauren Farabough Senior Strategy Director

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Feb. 8, 2024) — MHP/Team SI has promoted Lauren Farabough to senior strategy director. As senior strategy director, Farabough leads marketing strategy for clients across the country.

“Lauren’s contributions to the agency and its clients over the last nine years are extremely valuable. She is dependable, detail-oriented and works hard to surpass client goals,” said Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl, president and CEO of MHP/Team SI. “Her expertise in generating powerful results and providing excellent service made this promotion a no-brainer.”

Farabough joined MHP/Team SI in 2014 as a senior account executive and was promoted to director of healthcare strategy in 2018. During her tenure, she has become an insightful mentor for her peers and trusted advisor to her clients, executing award-winning campaigns in several sectors.

“I am thankful for the agency’s leadership and how they have invested in my professional growth and the confidence they have in me for this next step,” said Farabough. I look forward to seeing how the knowledge and experience I’ve gained during my time at the agency will further enable me to utilize my skills for the benefit of our clients in this new position.”

Farabough holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and undergraduate degree in mass communication and English from Ouachita Baptist University. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at Ouachita Baptist University, where she has taught social media and principles of advertising since 2014. Farabough is a member of the Society for Health Care Strategy & Market Development (SHSMD) and has recently earned its digital credential in strategic planning in health care.

On a community level, Farabough is involved with choral and music ministry and community Bible study at Geyer Springs First Baptist Church. She is also an active volunteer with The CALL, a nonprofit organization that mobilizes churches to serve children and youth placed in foster care, in the Saline and Perry Counties.
