We prefer that our interns come into our Little Rock office three days a week (or more, if you’d like) to get the most out of our program. Here, you’ll experience the collaborative energy our team depends on and build relationships in an exciting, in-person environment.
Department Openings
Internships are offered in seven departments, and we’ll pair you with a mentor on your team to answer any questions you might have over the summer.
Nurture relationships with clients, strategize new ways to win and collaborate with every other team in the agency to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
Learn how to help clients improve their image through earned media placements, influencer relations, press releases, crisis communications and more.
Work alongside our Digital Media team to place ads on social media, display channels, Google searches and more, and our Traditional Media team for TV (both linear and connected), radio, billboards, print and other ad placements.
Dive into high-octane graphic design and juggle tight deadlines to help our clients develop brand awareness with digital artwork, logo creation, print ads and more.
Capitalize on trends and help brands act like creators on social media through creative ideas, photoshoots and video strategies for long-term organic social media accounts and short-term social media campaigns.
Harness the transformative power of data and drive innovation with a team that helps clients collect, analyze and make the best use of their data. This team also manages search engine optimization efforts for our clients.
Join the hardworking team that keeps everything flowing behind the scenes. From optimizing workflows, managing human resources and accounting work, our operations team is crucial to the success of the agency.

Meet our interns who have become full-time employees at mhp.si
Caleb Byrd began his career at mhp.si as a summer intern in 2017. Now, he’s working as an SEO & Analytics Analyst, diving deep into campaign performance and optimizing our clients’ digital presence.
Kelsey Blackmon’s summer 2016 internship helped springboard her career at mhp.si. She’s now an Account Strategy Director, working with some of our most important clients and driving new business opportunities.
Fun fact
Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl, president and CEO, started her career at mhp.si as a summer intern. She’s championed bold strategies to drive the agency forward over the years, leading to the opening of our Northwest Arkansas office and the formation of Studio West. She’s a powerful reminder that we all start somewhere.
Dywon Wilson brought his graphic design skills to the Creative Team as an intern in 2023. He’s now a certified member of our Digital Design team and produces quality graphics for a wide range of clients.
Ben Cogbill started as a account services intern in the summer of 2024. Today, he works as a Content Project Specialist, bringing creativity and project management skills to our Content Studio and Account Services teams.
