Mark Samber, Vice President of Marketing Technology at mhp.si, leads the analytics, SEO, marketing automation, and web development teams for the agency. At mhp.si he is responsible for driving innovative services in the MarTech space, delivering results for clients.
He provides thought leadership around SEO strategy and digital web strategy to clients across all industries. With over 25 years experience in technology, healthcare, and advertising, Samber is a veteran digital marketer who understands both sides of the client/agency dynamic.
Early in his career Samber was an entrepreneur, co-founding a web agency and an angel-backed software company. Just prior to joining mhp.si in 2018 as a consultant, Samber was VP of Digital Strategy & UX at MERGE and Director of Digital Strategy at MUSC Health. Samber also holds a Ph.D. in History, focused on financial and technological innovation, from Carnegie Mellon University.

His expertise spans multiple industries, including government, non-profit, healthcare, agricultural equipment, DMO, telco, automotive, and education.
Patrick specializes in maximizing budget efficiency and impact, collaborating with digital media specialists to drive measurable ROI. His commitment to building tailored partnerships with media outlets ensures extended reach and meaningful engagement for clients.
Patrick earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and a minor in music from the University of Central Arkansas. A graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock (Class XXXIV), he is deeply invested in the community. This passion for small businesses and the local community is further exemplified through his involvement over the past seven years as a coach for a local CrossFit affiliate, and member of a multi-album recorded band.
