Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl, president and CEO of mhp.si, is a recognized leader in marketing, communications, and brand strategy. Known for her strategic vision and “Power Ideas,” she has led award-winning campaigns for brands including Walmart, Verizon, Stephens Inc., and Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, spanning industries from healthcare to finance.
A champion of community leadership, Sharon served as president of 50 for the Future in 2024, is a past president of the Rotary Club of Little Rock (“Club 99”), and will be the first female president of the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame in 2025. She has chaired record-breaking fundraising efforts for the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance and UA-Pulaski Tech and led Rotary International’s global “People of Action” branding campaign.
She has been recognized among the Top Women in Communications and Top Women in Marketing by PR Daily, named among the PR People of the Year by PR NEWS, honored as Woman of the Year in Business by the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas, and received the Legacy Award for 20+ years of service to Junior Achievement of Arkansas.

Tim Whitley, Partner & Co-Founder of mhp.si, is a groundbreaking, industry-recognized entrepreneur, dedicated innovation officer, and chief executive officer with extensive experience in establishing and building ad-tech, development, app, marketing, and SaaS startup companies.
Whitley provides the agency with experience designing transformational data-driven technology tools to drive new business models and client solutions, uncovering opportunities to lead the TraDigital™ industry, expand marketplace reach, and implement post-pandemic operations. Tim manages high-caliber teams in multiple large-scale projects and companies within fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments, creating adaptable and scalable strategies and forward-thinking product innovations to drive exponential revenue and organizational growth.
Whitley provides strategic oversight of corporate vision, building strategic expansion plans, setting immediate and long-term goals by applying deep industry knowledge and high-level understanding of TraDigital™ infrastructures to analyze market approach, providing clearly articulated direction and actionable initiatives within overall business operations. He prioritizes building and fostering a workforce culture of open communication and inclusion to drive performance excellence, boost employee retention, and mold future leaders.
