Three Checks Before You Scale A Result

Outcome metric 

Appointments, enrollments, funded accounts, qualified leads. Pick one and anchor to it.

Quality check 

Show rate, qualification rate, call duration, close rate. One simple signal is enough. 

Reality check 

Does the business feel the improvement, or only the platform dashboard?
If you cannot tie the win to a business outcome, treat it as unproven.
